nVizion Server Rules

Welcome to nVizion!
To keep the community safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, all players must follow the rules below.
By joining the server, you agree to these terms.


General Behavior
Be respectful to all players and staff.
No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or toxicity.
No griefing claimed areas or player builds.
No spamming or advertising other servers.
Keep chat friendly, safe, and appropriate.


Cheating, Exploits, & Hacking
These rules are strict and enforced immediately:
X-RAY = Permanent Ban
No exceptions. No appeals.
Using x-ray packs, clients, mods, texture packs, or ANY form of ore detection is 100% bannable on first offense.


Exploiting Bugs or Glitches = Permanent Ban
This includes:
Duplication glitches
Phase/clipping exploits
Item/XP duplication
Bedrock-breaking exploits
Portal or claim bypass glitches
If you discover a bug, report it instead of using it.

Full Bright Mods  are ALLOWED.


Hacked Clients / Cheats
No hacked clients, autoclickers, kill aura, fly hacks, speed, ESP, tracers, macro scripts, or any client modifications that give an unfair advantage.
If it gives a competitive edge, don’t use it.


Gameplay Rules
No griefing or stealing from claimed builds.
Respect chunk claims — if it’s claimed, it’s off-limits.
No spawn killing or camping.
PvP must is allowed outside of claimed zones.
No lag machines or redstone clocks that harm server performance.
Do not build offensive or inappropriate structures.


Economy & Shops
No scamming, price manipulation, or fake trades.
Be honest in deals.
Don’t create shops that intentionally confuse or mislead players.


Chat & Communication
No excessive caps or spam.
No impersonating staff.
No doxxing or sharing personal info.
Swearing is allowed within reason, but toxicity is not.


Claims & Land Use
Only build within your own claim or with permission.
No claim blocking (e.g. surrounding someone’s base).
No trapping players in claims.


Donations & Ranks

All donations through Ko-fi are voluntary.
Perks are cosmetic and do not grant unfair advantages.
Donations are final, with no refunds.


Staff Enforcement

Staff may take action including:

Warnings
Mutes
Temporary bans
Permanent bans

Depending on severity and intent.
Arguing with staff after a decision is made may result in additional consequences.


APPEALS

You may appeal most punishments EXCEPT:
X-ray bans
Exploit bans
These are permanent and non-appealable.

For all other appeals:
Join the Discord.
Open a support ticket.
Provide your IGN and a brief explanation.
Staff will review your case.

Appeals must be honest, respectful, and complete.

Most issues are solved easily — just be respectful, play fair, and treat others how you want to be treated.
